Ep: 78 Dating as a Divine Feminine: Stop Shrinking for Partnership
Friday Mar 13, 2026
Friday Mar 13, 2026
What happens when you’ve done the work… but the dating pool still feels misaligned?
In this episode of Holistic and Spiritual AF, Goddess Zee dives into the realities of dating as a sovereign divine feminine in today’s world. This conversation is for the women who have spent time healing — doing the shadow work, breaking generational patterns, reconnecting with their ancestors, and learning how to honor their own energy.
But once you’ve reached that level of self-awareness, dating can start to feel different.
Because when you know your worth, shrinking to fit into someone else’s comfort zone is no longer an option.
In this episode, we explore:
✨ What it truly means to embody the divine feminine from an Afro-Indigenous perspective✨ How sovereignty changes the way you approach relationships✨ Why the dating pool can feel smaller after healing and personal growth✨ The difference between dating potential vs. dating patterns✨ How a sovereign woman can still get her needs met without abandoning herself✨ Why emotional maturity and alignment matter more than surface-level compatibility
We also talk about the balance between the divine feminine and divine masculine energies, and why healthy partnerships require both individuals to show up with emotional awareness, accountability, and respect.
Because healing wasn’t meant to make you smaller.
It was meant to make you clearer about the love you deserve.
You didn’t do all that inner work just to return to relationships that require self-abandonment.
You did the work so that the love you attract reflects the woman you’ve become.

She magnetizes alignment. 🖤🔥

Ep: 77 Walking With the Ancestors: Tampa’s Hidden Black History w/ Jamila Davis
In this episode of Holistic and Spiritual AF, Goddess Zee welcomes Jamila Davis, founder of the What It Was Walking Tour Tampa — a Black-owned, woman-owned business uncovering the powerful and often forgotten history of African Americans in downtown Tampa.
Jamila created the tour to bring hidden stories back into the light — sharing the names, locations, and contributions of Black businesses and community leaders that were left out of traditional history books. Her immersive walking tours take guests through downtown Tampa to experience what the city once was, revealing stories discovered through historical directories, census records, old newspapers, and the historic Green Books.
While this episode is a little different from the usual conversations on Holistic and Spiritual AF, the heart of the message remains the same.
Because history is also healing.
We talk about:
✨ The inspiration behind the What It Was Walking Tour Tampa✨ Why preserving Black history in local communities matters✨ How historical storytelling reconnects us with the people who came before us✨ The importance of supporting Black-owned businesses doing cultural preservation work✨ Why learning the real history of a place changes how we move through it
Jamila shares how her tours bring people face-to-face with Tampa’s past by visiting locations where African American businesses once thrived and telling the stories that never made it into the textbooks.
This episode is also a reminder that community, culture, and history are deeply connected to our collective healing and identity.
Because sometimes honoring the ancestors doesn’t just happen in ceremony — it happens by learning their stories.
If you're in Tampa or planning to visit, this is an experience you won’t want to miss.

Ep 76: Are You Healing… or Just Consuming Spiritual Content? w/Goddess Zee
Friday Feb 27, 2026
Friday Feb 27, 2026
We live in the age of spiritual overload.
Podcasts.Tarot readings.Reels about being an empath.Affirmations.Collective energy updates.
Access to knowledge has never been easier.
But embodiment? That’s rare.
In this episode of Holistic and Spiritual AF, Goddess Zee lovingly asks the question many of us don’t want to answer:
Are you actually healing… or are you just spiritually entertained?
This conversation breaks down the powerful difference between consuming spiritual content and doing the real, lineage-shifting work of integration.
You’ll learn:
✨ What healing actually means (and why it’s a process, not a vibe)✨ The difference between inspiration and embodiment✨ How dopamine-driven spiritual consumption can feel like growth — but isn’t✨ Five clear examples of spiritual consumption without transformation✨ Why Afro-Indigenous traditions view healing as relational, ancestral, and collective✨ How colonization disrupted embodied healing practices✨ Practical tools to move from consumer to embodied healer
We also explore how African and Indigenous healing systems understand:
🌿 Healing as communal and ceremonial🌿 Ancestral continuity and spiritual lineage🌿 The importance of embodiment over performance🌿 Why reclaiming traditional healing practices is liberation work
Because healing isn’t about sounding awakened.
It’s about becoming aligned.
In this episode, Goddess Zee challenges you to ask:
When was the last time you sat in silence without content?
What behavior has actually changed because of what you’ve learned?
Are you seeking downloads… or enforcing boundaries?
Healing requires:Awareness.Accountability.Discomfort.Behavioral change.
Consumption gives dopamine.Healing rewires patterns.
This episode is not here to shame you. It’s here to activate you.
Don’t let spiritual content become your new addiction.Let it become your instruction manual.

About three years ago, I started writing.I didn’t know I was documenting my evolution — I just knew something inside of me was shifting. As my writing evolved, so did I.In this episode, we’re doing something a little different. I’m stepping away from interviews and teachings and inviting you into the pages of my own journey. I’ll be reading two pieces written years apart one from the beginning of my awakening, and one from a deeper place of remembrance and embodiment. And what you’ll hear is growth in real time.Awakening is powerful.⁉️But what happens after you wake up?⁉️What happens in the space between realization and embodiment?⁉️Between breaking programming and becoming sovereign? This episode is about that in-between.It’s about shadow work, discernment, ancestral connection, divine feminine embodiment, and the quiet transformation that happens when you choose to integrate what you’ve learned. If you’re in a season of becoming this is for you.Listen if you’re ready to witness transformation… not just hear about it.

Ep:72 Ancestors, Epigenetics & You w/ Goddess Zee
Epigenetics is often treated like some new discovery, but really, it’s science catching up to what our ancestors already knew—that the body remembers. That what was lived doesn’t vanish. It travels.
In this episode, I step in as the guest and talk about epigenetics as both science and ancestral truth. We name the trauma, yes—but we also name the power. The wisdom. The intuition. The resilience that existed long before slavery and still lives in our DNA.
Epigenetics helps explain why some patterns feel bigger than this lifetime—and why healing your nervous system can unlock gifts that have been waiting quietly in your lineage.
This episode is for anyone who’s ready to stop only asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and start remembering what’s always been right.
You didn’t just inherit pain. You inherited memory, medicine, and power.

EP: 71 Hoodoo Saints, Root Warriors & the Work of Liberation w/ Mawiyah
Friday Jan 16, 2026
Friday Jan 16, 2026
In this powerful conversation, we’re joined by Mawiyah Kai EL-Jamah Bomani—New Orleans-born writer, Priestess of OYA, Egun Medium, and 8th-generation spiritual practitioner—whose work lives at the crossroads of Hoodoo, liberation, and ancestral resistance.
We center her newest book, Hoodoo Saints and Root Warriors: Stories and Magick for Liberation (2025)—a spiritual war manual for navigating oppression, injustice, and survival through ancestral alignment and Hoodoo cosmology. Mawiyah breaks down how working with Hoodoo saints, rootwork, and ancestral forces becomes not just spiritual practice, but political, embodied liberation.
We also reflect on her contribution to the film Sinners, the urgency of spiritual tools in trying times, and how storytelling itself becomes spellwork.
We touch on her earlier work, Conjuring the Calabash: Empowering Women with Hoodoo Spells & Magick (2023)—a reclamation of womb wisdom, power, and protection for women across identities, including trans and queer women.
This episode is for those who know liberation isn’t theoretical—it’s ritual, remembrance, and refusal.
